CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A 3-day Case Study Workshop on “Analytica” was organized by the School of Management at Scope Global Skills University (SGSU) in the Sharda Auditorium. The event was graced by Dr. Paramjit Singh, Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, as the Chief Guest; Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Chancellor, SGSU; Dr. Vijay Singh, Vice-Chancellor; Dr. Sitesh Sinha, Registrar; Dr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, Dean Academics; and Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma, Dean Student Welfare.

The workshop aimed to enhance the analytical, managerial, and problem-solving skills of MBA and BBA students. The sessions were conducted by the faculty members of the School of Management, Dr. Himadri Srivastava and Dr. Aradhana Tyagi.

During the workshop, Chief Speaker Dr. Paramjit Singh familiarized students with business analytics, the role of case studies, and frameworks for effective analysis. Students also experienced interactive class activities and outdoor simulations to reinforce learning.

On the second day, intensive case analysis sessions were conducted on Marketing, Finance, and Operations, including team-based presentations and activities focused on solving real business problems.

The third day focused on contemporary industry challenges, practical management, and presentation skills, with student performance evaluated based on analytical thinking and presentation abilities.

During the workshop, students reported that the experience significantly boosted their confidence, decision-making skills, and understanding of real business scenarios.

Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Chancellor of SGSU, appreciated the initiative, stating that such workshops are highly effective in developing industry readiness, strategic thinking, teamwork, communication skills, and managerial approach in students.

Dr. Vijay Singh, Vice-Chancellor, and Dr. Sitesh Sinha, Registrar, remarked that practical workshops like Analytica enhance students’ decision-making abilities and confidence, helping them understand real business situations. The workshop proved to be a valuable opportunity for learning, teamwork, and strengthening problem-solving skills.
