CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The second day of the workshop organized by the Department of Architecture and Planning focused on advanced data processing techniques, leveraging the capabilities of Trimble Business Center (TBC), and its integration with various industry-leading software platforms, including Tekla, Revit Architecture, Rhino, Grasshopper, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Maya.
The workshop was led by distinguished coordinators Jagdish Singh, Supriya Vyas, and Neha Pranav Kolhe, whose expertise provided participants with invaluable insights into the latest advancements in architectural data processing. Jagdish Singh highlighted that the morning session was led by Altair’s application specialist Mohammad Khalid, who shed light on the practical aspects of 3D scanning, giving participants a comprehensive understanding of this transformative technology. Another session in the afternoon, led by Altair’s application specialist Girish, offered hands-on practice with 3D Leader technology.
Under the guidance of the workshop coordinators, participants engaged in practical exercises that underscored the pivotal role of 3D scanning in modern architecture. This workshop stands as a testament to the department’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological innovation in the field of architecture and planning.
