CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of World Dance Day, 50 students from Vividha Academy presented a captivating Kathak performance as part of a special cultural program. In this unique presentation, the students mesmerized the audience by performing Kathak to traditional chants along with mantra recitation.
The objective of the program was to promote the rich tradition of Indian classical dance and connect the younger generation with it. The students beautifully showcased coordination of rhythm, tempo, and expressions, bringing alive the depth and elegance of Kathak.
The academy’s instructors stated that the students practiced rigorously for several days to prepare for this performance. The combination of mantra chanting and dance added a spiritual and cultural essence to the event.
