CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: “A comprehensive training session was organized for its support staff by AISECT’s Learning and Development Department/Corporate HR initiative. The session focused on skill development of employees, providing information on various aspects related to their work.
In the first session, Mr. Shekhar Suryavanshi from WWSO provided intensive training for the guards. The aim was to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the security personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle their responsibilities as key representatives of the organization.
The second session was led by Mrs. Manisha Anand, focusing on essential service and etiquette skills. Participants learned proper techniques for maintaining correct posture during service, greetings, protocols, and accurate table setting arrangements. The session also emphasized general etiquette to ensure high standards of professionalism.
The third session, conducted by Mr. Sudhir Sharma from Aradhya Polyclinic and Diagnostic Center, focused on first aid training. He provided necessary instructions on performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and detailed guidance on dealing with seizures (epilepsy) and snake bites.
In the final session, Mr. V.S. Rathore from Messrs Safez concluded the training with a practical demonstration on the use of ABC fire extinguishers.
Speaking about this initiative, AISECT’s Executive Vice President Siddharth Chaturvedi said that this comprehensive training initiative underscores AISECT’s commitment to the continuous development of its support staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
The organization of this session was significantly supported by AISECT management, Executive Vice President Siddharth Chaturvedi, Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, and Scope Global Skills University (SGSU). They also appreciated the efforts of the L&D team, including Ms. Archana Jain, Sumit Malhotra, and Manmohan Soni.”
