CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A strategic partnership meeting was held between the Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) and the prestigious Netlink Software Group of the state at the Netlink Software Group’s Mandideep location. The purpose of this meeting was to promote local talent and provide them with new opportunities. This partnership aims to enhance decision-making capabilities across various sectors by effectively utilizing advanced tools.

In the meeting between CRISP, represented by the institute’s Managing Director Dr. Srikant Patil, Director Mr. Amol Vaidya, and other team members, and Netlink’s CEO Anurag Srivastava, Rahul Soni, NK Raman, Prakash Motwani, and other members, both organizations decided to work towards regional improvement through advanced technology and local skill development.

Following the meeting between CRISP and Netlink, local talents will be equipped with cutting-edge skills. Recognizing the need for a highly skilled workforce to promote economic growth, this partnership will focus on providing training and developmental programs aligned with industry needs. This will not only enable people to acquire new skills in line with current demands but also make them competitive in the global job market.

A significant aspect of this partnership will be to strengthen foundational technical institutions such as ITIs and polytechnics. CRISP and Netlink aim to bridge the gap between education and industry through collaboration with these institutions, ensuring that students are better prepared for real-world challenges. This will be achieved through the integration of industry-relevant curricula, hands-on training, and exposure to advanced technologies.

On this occasion, CRISP’s MD Dr. Srikant Patil stated, “Under this partnership, in addition to promoting skills, talented youth will not only receive all necessary facilities within the state but also be provided with mentorship programs and incentives to encourage long-term commitment to local industries, thereby preventing the exodus of talent from the state.”

This partnership between CRISP and Netlink is a significant step towards regional development. By focusing on skill development, talent retention, and the adoption of better decision-making tools, this collaboration is poised to make a substantial impact on the local economy.
