CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: “On the occasion of the 10th International Yoga Day, a yoga program was organized by AISECT’s Learning and Development/ Corporate HR and the NSS Unit of Scope Global Skills University (SGSU). More than 110 employees enthusiastically participated in this program. Under the expert guidance of Yoga Guru Pawan Guru and Nutritionist Mamta Guru, the participants performed various yoga asanas and exercises. The session highlighted the importance and benefits of yoga, specifically addressing issues such as obesity, diabetes, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
The event was graced by the presence of Vice-Chancellor Ajay Bhushan. Dr. Ajay Bhushan from the university spoke about the origins of the word yoga and appreciated the efforts of the organizing team. SGSU Registrar Sitesh Sinha extended his best wishes. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Corporate HR/L&D’s Archana Jain to Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi and Dr. Aditi Vats. Shri Dhimole, along with SGSU students as volunteers, marked their presence. This initiative not only promoted physical and mental health among the participants but also underscored the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for a healthy lifestyle.”
