CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of General Manager Shobhana Bandyopadhyay and the supervision of Additional General Manager R.S. Saxena, a special cleanliness campaign 4.0 will be launched from September 16 under the leadership of the heads of departments at the headquarters and the Divisional Railway Managers of the three divisions.
This campaign, aligned with the national vision of a clean and efficient government system, will run from October 2 to October 31. During this period, various activities will be organized in the railways. Nodal officers and supervisors have been appointed in the departments/divisions and factories for this campaign, along with training arrangements. The designated officers and supervisors will be responsible for identifying pending cleanliness-related issues. The campaign will be conducted in two phases, with the first phase starting on September 16.
In the first phase, which runs from September 16 to 30, cleanliness campaign sites will be identified. Tasks such as site management planning, waste disposal, and record management will be covered in this phase. The second phase will run from October 2 to 31, focusing on the actual execution of the identified plans. Various departments will need to manage records, classification, recording, review, and provide physical records. Nodal officers will review the progress on a daily basis, assessing the impact of the cleanliness campaign in their departments and tracking the operations and activities carried out.
