“A special seminar organized for the safe travel of women.”

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A special seminar is being organized to ensure the safe and secure travel of women on trains. This seminar, in collaboration with the Ministry of Railways and the National Commission for Women and Children, will be held tomorrow, August 29, 2024, at the Railway Narmada Club Auditorium, Bhopal. The event is being coordinated by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) Bhopal.

During the seminar, a three-member committee from the National Commission for Women and Children will engage in an in-depth discussion on various measures for women’s safety. Personnel from the police, GRP, and RPF of various ranks, along with female officers from the Anti-Human Trafficking Units of Kota and Jabalpur, will participate in this discussion.
