A two-day sports event was successfully organized at NIFT Bhopal on the occasion of National Sports Day.

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: NIFT Bhopal recently hosted a successful National Sports Day event, dedicated to August 29 in honor of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand. The two-day sports event, inaugurated by Campus Director Lieutenant Colonel Ashish Agarwal, featured various sports competitions, including volleyball, carrom, shot put, discus throw, and table tennis.

Students showcased their skills under the supervision of Student Development Activity Coordinator (SDAC) Mohammad Rizwan and Ms. Nayan Tara, along with the presidents and secretaries of various student clubs on campus, particularly Sports Secretary Pranjali Wadi. NIFT places equal importance on sports, considering them an integral part of a balanced student experience.
