CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A yoga and meditation camp titled “Arogyam Ojas Siddhi” was organized in the premises of the Rajiv Gandhi Technological University for the students residing in the hostels, aiming to provide relief from stress during exams, enhance concentration, and promote a healthy and happy state of mind. The camp was jointly organized by the Indian Yoga Institute, Bhopal, and the university.

Addressing the students present on this occasion, the University Registrar, Prof. Mohan Sen, emphasized that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. By organizing lifestyle, regulating yoga, pranayama, and meditation, we can keep our body and mind healthy and focused. He added that the purpose of this event is to keep students stress-free while organizing their lifestyle so that they can acquire knowledge in their subjects with a focused mind and also encourage their fellow students towards yoga and meditation.

During this event, experts from the Indian Yoga Institute, Bhopal, conducted various yoga postures and briefed the students about the techniques of meditation.
