CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal/ Vidisha : The two-day state-level student conference for girls, organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Madhya Bharat Pradesh, concluded with a grand closing ceremony in Vidisha city. The inaugural session featured special guests including State Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government, Pratima Bagri; ABVP National Minister, Ms. Shalini Verma; State President, Dharmendra Rajput; State Minister, Ketan Chaturvedi; and State Student Head, Ms. Babli Sharma.

During the inaugural session, the dignitaries inspired the students towards strong leadership and serving the nation. State Minister Pratima Bagri said, “Vidyarthi Parishad is the best organization to provide leadership opportunities to students.” National Minister Shalini Verma explained that women’s empowerment is not just about rights but also duties, values, and service to society. She motivated the students by citing examples of India’s brave women leaders like Sushma Swaraj, Rani Abbakka, Ahilyabai Holkar, and Savitribai Phule.

During the session, Prof. Vijay Tandon, Dean of Internationalization, UAI, conducted an informative session on “AI won’t take your place, but someone using AI might.” Students actively participated through quizzes, tongue twisters, and general knowledge questions. The session highlighted the importance of technologies like AI, Metaverse, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing and the opportunities they present in future career fields.

On the second day, students underwent Mission Sahasi training, which covered topics on self-protection and social awareness. Around 1,200 students participated in the conference. Parallel sessions discussed topics such as “Healthy Students, Empowered India” and “Self-Reliant Students, Self-Reliant India.”

The college management and ABVP leaders appreciated the students’ active participation and the overall success of the event. The primary objective of the conference was to sensitize students to leadership, national values, and social responsibility.
