CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh has instructed that the directives issued during the recent Collectors’ Conference and Collector–Superintendent of Police Conference be ensured for implementation by the divisional officers of the respective departments. He also emphasized that all necessary information be prepared. He stated that a review will be conducted to ensure that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach the public effectively. Commissioner Singh issued these instructions during a time-bound review meeting held in the conference hall of the Commissioner’s office.

Divisional Commissioner Singh emphasized that grievances registered through the Samadhan Online Program and CM Helpline be resolved promptly. Special attention should be given to complaints pending for over 100 days to ensure their resolution. He further stated that special focus should be given to ensuring beneficiaries receive the benefits of the Crop Insurance Scheme and Bhavantar Payment Scheme under the Agriculture Department. Officers from the respective departments, including Joint Commissioner (Development) Vinod Yadav and Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Kiran Gupta, were present at the meeting.

Commissioner Singh directed that there should be no delay in providing beneficiaries with assistance under the Maternity Assistance Scheme in the Health Department. Cases of illegal mining and transportation under the Minerals Department must be resolved on time. Similarly, complaints regarding registration under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme in the Agriculture Department should be promptly addressed. Repair work on roads by the Public Works Department and other concerned departments should be carried out expeditiously. He instructed officers to act with self-motivation and proactivity to ensure beneficiaries receive the benefits of various government welfare schemes.

Commissioner Singh stated that officials must prioritize actions on points discussed in the Collectors’ Conference and the Collector–Superintendent of Police Conference. Reviews will also be conducted with block-level officers. He directed the Animal Husbandry Department and Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union to ensure that beneficiaries receive the benefits of their respective schemes.
Furthermore, Commissioner Singh instructed that a list of religious sites and fairs in the division be prepared, and the number of gaushalas (cow shelters) be increased. Urban traffic management should remain efficient, and meetings of the Road Safety Committee should also be organized. In the Forest Department, issues such as illegal logging, fertilizer black marketing, and complaints related to schemes like the Kisan Samman Nidhi should be promptly resolved.
