CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: “NITTTR Bhopal organized a five-day training program on ‘Advanced Pedagogy and Outcome-Based Education’ for the faculty members of Delhi Technological University (D.T.U.). The program was inaugurated by D.T.U. Vice Chancellor Prateek Sharma. In the inaugural session, Prof. Sharma emphasized that teachers need to update their knowledge alongside teaching, making faculty training essential from time to time. He mentioned that Sanskrit is not just a language but a vast repository of Indian knowledge, encompassing science, mathematics, technology, and culture. NITTTR Director C.C. Tripathi stated in his message that NITTTR Bhopal is receiving demands to organize training programs from various technical and higher education institutions, which reflects the quality of our training programs. Our institute continuously updates its training programs according to the demands of the time.
This five-day training program was designed and implemented under the provisions of the National Education Policy 2020. Various sessions were held on advanced pedagogy, outcome-based education, and NBA accreditation. Feedback was provided to the trainees for improvement, and an achievement test was conducted. The program was coordinated by Pradeep K. Goyal from D.T.U. and B.L. Gupta from NITTTR. R.K. Dixit and S.S. Kedar provided significant contributions.”
