Meeting of the Advisory Committee Concluded

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Upper Collector Ankur Meshram directed all departmental heads to organize Advisory Committee meetings every three months as per government guidelines and to ensure timely resolution of employee issues.

Upper Collector Meshram chaired the Advisory Committee meeting held in the Collectorate Conference Hall. Representatives from various employee unions and staff members were present during the meeting.

He gave specific instructions to resolve the following issues within a stipulated time frame:

Employee promotions

Compassionate appointments

Time-scale pay grades

Non-receipt of arrears under various heads

Confidential character reports not being written on time by officers

Ending the practice of staff attachments

Fixation of salaries

Non-payment of uniform allowances
