Representatives from different employee organizations participated in the meeting, which focused on matters affecting employees’ interests.
To discuss employee demands and ensure their broader representation, the meeting invited associations such as the Madhya Pradesh Gazetted Officers Association, Madhya Pradesh Class III Government Employees Association, Madhya Pradesh State Employees Association, Madhya Pradesh Employees Congress, Madhya Pradesh AJAX Association, Madhya Pradesh Lower-Paid Employees Association, Madhya Pradesh Clerical Class Government Employees Association, Madhya Pradesh Health Employees Association, Madhya Pradesh Government Vehicle Mechanics Employees Association, and Madhya Pradesh SC/ST/OBC Officers Employees Association. Topics discussed in detail included pay scales, gratuity and pension, GPF, and other related issues.
Chief Medical and Health Officer of Bhopal, Manish Sharma, stated that department employees play a vital role in delivering government schemes to the public. He added that the government takes timely decisions to resolve employees’ issues and demands. Based on feedback received from the employee organizations during the meeting, various necessary measures for employee welfare will be implemented.
