CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of the 56th anniversary of bank nationalization, AIBOC Madhya Pradesh organized a tree plantation program at Bank Officers’ Public School in Bhopal, the state capital. This event was not merely symbolic but a strong reflection of the banking community’s deep commitment to social and environmental responsibilities.

During the event, Subin Sinha, President of AIBOC Madhya Pradesh, stated:

“Nationalization marked not just the expansion of banking, but also an era of social justice. Tree plantation is an extension of that spirit – a way to repay our debt to nature.”

Dinesh Jha, Secretary of AIBOC Madhya Pradesh, remarked:

“Today, bankers are not just architects of financial frameworks, but also carriers of social and environmental consciousness. This initiative at Bank Officers’ Public School connects us with the new generation.”

Sandeep Chaubey, National General Secretary of UCO Bank Officers’ Association, said:

“Just like trees, banks offer shade, stability, and protection without discrimination. This event is a powerful effort to align banking with public welfare.”

Rajneesh Pauranik, senior officer of SBIOA Bhopal Circle, added:

“We bankers are not confined to providing financial services—we are also advancing toward social and environmental upliftment. Organizing tree plantations in institutions like Bank Officers’ Public School helps instill new values and vision.”
