CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: AIIMS Bhopal, in collaboration with Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) and the Food Corporation of India, successfully organized voluntary blood donation camps, collecting around 100 units of blood. This initiative was led by AIIMS Bhopal’s Blood Center and saw active participation from students, staff, and the general public.
AIIMS Bhopal’s Executive Director, Professor Dr. Ajay Singh, participated in these events and emphasized the importance of voluntary blood donation. He highlighted how such donations play a crucial role in saving lives, especially for patients suffering from cancer, thalassemia, and road accident victims. “Every drop of blood donated today has the potential to save a life tomorrow. It is a selfless act that provides hope to those in need,” Dr. Singh remarked. He expressed gratitude to all the voluntary donors who contributed to this noble cause and appreciated their generosity and commitment.
