CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India E-Press / ITDC News Bhopal:On the occasion of World Emergency Day, a special event was organized at AIIMS Bhopal on Wednesday where Executive Director Prof. Ajay Singh launched the life-saving mobile application ‘Code Emergency’. This app is based on the “One State One Health One Emergency” policy, initiated in 2024 by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.

The app is useful for both general citizens and healthcare professionals. It is available in Hindi and English and functions offline once downloaded. It includes audio-visual guides for administering CPR, suitable for all age groups. Additionally, it features a dropdown menu offering information about various emergencies and illnesses.

Prof. Ajay Singh urged the media to widely promote the app to raise awareness among the public. Shahataj Khan, Shruti Dubey, and Bhupeshwari Patel played key roles in the development of this application.

During the event, a training session on CPR and first aid was also conducted for media personnel to enable them to assist effectively in emergency situations.
