Recently, Bhupeshwari Patel (Additional Professor) and Rashmi Verma (Assistant Professor) from the Department of Trauma and Emergency Medicine at AIIMS Bhopal were honored with the “Medicus Excellence Honor Roll” award. The award was presented by the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Minister of Medical Education, Health, and Family Welfare, Brajesh Pathak, at the international conference COMET-2025 (Conclave of Medical Emergencies and Trauma) held in Lucknow.

This prestigious award is given to distinguished postgraduate physicians who have made significant contributions in the fields of emergency medicine and patient care.

The international conference was organized by the Society of Acute Care Trauma and Emergency Medicine (SACTEM), and witnessed participation from emergency and trauma specialists from across the globe including India, the United Kingdom, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and Nepal.

Expressing his pride on this achievement, Prof. Singh said,
