This prestigious conference provided maxillofacial surgeons, students, and experts from India and abroad with an opportunity to discuss the latest advancements in the field.

He emphasized the need for molecular-level studies of these diseases to develop new drugs, potentially sparing patients from complex surgeries.

Additionally, he presented his work on “Post-Traumatic Rhinoplasty,” where he showcased low-cost techniques developed at AIIMS Bhopal for managing nasal bone injuries. Dr. Babu Lal highlighted the use of cost-effective splints made from urinary catheters and surgical strips, which are highly effective for resource-limited settings.
