CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director Ajay Singh, the A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Library at AIIMS Bhopal organized an on-site training and awareness session on subscribed e-resources. The objective of this program was to familiarize faculty members, students, and staff with the latest e-resources available for academic and research purposes. The session included practical training on various e-resources such as Clinical Key, Grammarly, BMJ Case Reports, UpToDate, CINAHL Complete, Jaypee Digital, and MyLoft. Expert representatives provided detailed insights into the effective utilization of these resources.
Highlighting the importance of the initiative, Prof. Singh remarked, “Adopting e-resources in medical education and research is essential. This initiative will empower our faculty and students with the latest tools, strengthening their academic excellence and clinical knowledge base.”
The event was graced by notable guests, including Director Rajneesh Joshi (Dean, Academics), Rehan Ul Haq (Dean, Research), and Amit Agarwal (Dean, Nursing & Paramedics). The program began with a lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a welcome address by Garima Goyal (Chairperson, Library Committee). Subsequently, various deans and administrative officials emphasized the significance of digital resources in modern education and research. On this occasion, the best users of e-resources were also felicitated.
