Recently, the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) department residents achieved remarkable success at the 76th Annual National Conference of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOICON 2025), held in Kochi.
AOICON is India’s largest annual ENT conference, with approximately 3,000 delegates participating this year. Under the guidance of Aparna G. Chavan (Head of Department, ENT-HNS), Vikas Gupta (Professor, ENT-HNS), and other esteemed faculty members, AIIMS Bhopal’s resident doctors secured top positions in various prestigious quiz competitions at AOICON.
In the renowned ‘Prem Kakkar ENT Quiz,’ AIIMS Bhopal residents Shivam Gor and Reshma secured first place. Additionally, in the ‘Rhinology Quiz,’ Reshma achieved second place, while Shivam Gor and Debrup Pal secured third place, showcasing their exceptional academic talent and competitive skills.
Director Singh expressed pride in this achievement, stating, “This success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our resident doctors and faculty members. Events like AOICON inspire young researchers to reach new heights in science and innovation.”
