CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Phase-2, Stage-3 of National Karmayogi Public Service Program Underway at AIIMS Bhopal
Under the guidance of Executive Director Prof. Ajay Singh, Phase-2, Stage-3 of the National Karmayogi Public Service Program is being conducted at AIIMS Bhopal and will continue until September 4, 2025.
As part of this phase, around 2,500 staff members of the institute are being trained through one-day training sessions to strengthen a citizen-first mindset and a spirit of service.
The first session of this phase was successfully held on July 7, facilitated by Dr. Ashwin and Ahmed. A total of 26 teams have been formed, comprising 52 trained facilitators, who will conduct approximately 75 training sessions over the next two months.
A key highlight of the program is its participatory and introspective approach, making it more engaging than traditional training methods.
Prof. Ajay Singh stated, “There are no trainers in this program. Instead, there are facilitators who guide participants to awaken the spirit of service from within.”
It is noteworthy that Phase-2, Stage-2 of the program was concluded earlier on June 14, 2025, in which 52 participants had undergone training.
This initiative by AIIMS Bhopal marks a significant step toward institutionalizing values of public service, accountability, and ethical governance.
