Under the guidance of Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal, Dr. Ajay Singh, a six-day training program on the implementation of the sixth edition of NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards has commenced at the institute.

This training program is being conducted in two batches, with 250 healthcare professionals participating, including doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and hospital administration students. To conduct the training sessions, renowned NABH experts—Air Marshal (Retd.) Pawan Kapoor, Monica Gupta, and Gracy Mathai—have been deputed to AIIMS Bhopal.

Commitment to Healthcare Quality Excellence

While inaugurating the program, Dr. Singh highlighted AIIMS Bhopal’s pioneering initiatives in healthcare quality management. He stated,

“Last year, AIIMS Bhopal successfully completed the NABH Entry-Level Accreditation process in record time and became the first AIIMS in the country to receive accreditation for over 900 beds in a single application and evaluation. This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.”

Emphasizing the significance of this training initiative, Dr. Singh stated,

“The knowledge gained from this program will play a crucial role in AIIMS Bhopal’s journey towards full NABH and NABL accreditation.
