CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of AIIMS Bhopal Executive Director Dr. Ajay Singh, the Department of Physiology is organizing the “National Undergraduate Physiology Quiz – Sixth Edition” on May 19, 20, and 30, 2025. Students from various medical institutions across the country will participate in this prestigious academic event.
The Department of Physiology at AIIMS Bhopal has successfully conducted five previous editions of this quiz, promoting knowledge, critical thinking, and academic excellence among medical students. This year’s competition will be held in two phases. The screening round will take place online on May 19 and 20, while the main event will be conducted on May 30, 2025, at AIIMS Bhopal.
Each participating team will consist of two students, and a maximum of two teams per college will be allowed. Only the first 100 registered teams will be eligible to participate in the quiz.
All participants will receive e-certificates, and the winning teams will be awarded. Speaking about the event, Prof. Singh stated, “National-level academic events like this foster healthy competition, scientific thinking, and collaboration among students. They help develop a deep understanding of human physiology, which is fundamental to the field of medicine. Such initiatives also build student confidence and inspire them towards research and innovation.”
