CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: AIIMS Bhopal’s Executive Director and CEO, Prof. Ajay Singh, inaugurated a new sample collection and billing extension center along with a barcode counter. This expansion will reduce the load on existing sample collection and billing counters, ensuring that around 2,000 patients daily will no longer need to visit other counters for tests and billing. This will provide patients with more convenience and reduce their waiting time, allowing them to experience smoother, faster, and more accessible service. This new sample collection and billing center has been established in response to the growing number of patients and demand for services at AIIMS Bhopal, aiming to make healthcare services more accessible.

On this occasion, Director Singh remarked, “We are constantly working to improve the quality of healthcare services at AIIMS Bhopal. The inauguration of the new sample collection and billing center is part of our efforts to alleviate the burden of long queues, especially during peak hours. Our goal is to make healthcare easily accessible for everyone, enhancing patient satisfaction.”

This will also improve the efficiency of our healthcare system. Like the existing centers, this new center will deliver high-quality services, making the testing and billing process more seamless for patients. AIIMS Bhopal has taken this step to better manage patient entry and outpatient services, thus enhancing patient flow and service speed. This inauguration marks another significant step in expanding AIIMS Bhopal’s infrastructure and improving its services, thereby strengthening regional healthcare services.
