CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director Prof. Ajai Singh, a special lecture on the topic “Work-Life Balance and Stress Management” was organized at AIIMS Bhopal as part of the Nurses Week celebrations marking International Nurses Day 2025.
On this occasion, Child Psychologist Anuradha Kushwaha addressed the nursing staff and students, emphasizing the importance of maintaining mental balance in a highly demanding and service-oriented profession like nursing.
She explained through practical examples how daily work-related stress can be transformed into positive energy, and how to establish a healthy balance between personal and professional life. The objective of this event was to provide a platform for nursing professionals to understand aspects related to their mental well-being, encourage self-reflection, and promote a sense of cooperation and empathy.
The lecture saw active participation from both nursing staff and students, who gained several useful and practical life tips.
The event was supported significantly by Rajratna Gupta (Assistant Professor), Akhil T. (Nursing Superintendent), and Kapil Kumar.
