CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director Ajay Singh, a special blood donation camp was organized at the AIIMS Bhopal blood bank as part of the “Swachhta Hi Seva” program.
On this occasion, Director Singh emphasized the importance of blood donation, highlighting that it is not just an act of giving but a humanitarian service that directly saves lives, serving as a lifeline for countless patients in critical situations. He stated that every eligible person should donate blood regularly, as their contribution can make a significant difference in maintaining healthcare services and promoting a healthy society. He also praised the department’s efforts.
Additionally, activities such as identifying waste and declaring it as scrap, along with cleanliness drives across different parts of the hospital campus, were carried out. This initiative is a crucial step toward maintaining a clean and healthy environment. The program symbolizes AIIMS Bhopal’s dedication to cleanliness, health, and service, aiming to spread awareness within the community. Faculty members, residents, nursing officers, students, and other staff of AIIMS Bhopal participated in the blood donation camp.
