CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal, Prof. Ajay Singh, an impactful Mind and Heart Wellness Workshop was organized during UP ASSOPICON 2026 at Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra. The workshop was skillfully coordinated by Organizing Secretary Richa Srivastava.

Renowned national experts such as Additional Professor Varun Malhotra from AIIMS Bhopal and Director Rajati Rajendran from AIIMS Bathinda participated in the event and conducted an insightful session promoting holistic health.

The workshop incorporated scientifically validated techniques such as prayer, yoga postures (asanas), chanting, guided meditation, visualization, and Heartfulness sessions. Participants reported enhanced focus, deep calmness, emotional stability, and inner joy and peace.

Highlighting the significance of the program, Prof. Ajay Singh remarked, “Such workshops are an excellent blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. These sessions play a vital role in promoting mental empowerment and emotional balance, ultimately improving overall well-being.”

Experts also shed light on the science of prayer, underlining its positive effects on mental and emotional health. Intensive discussions were held on topics like Heart Rate Variability (HRV), the Default Mode Network, and the impact of wellness practices on depression, anxiety, and stress reduction. Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the neurophysiological effects of these techniques.

At the conclusion of the workshop, “Law of Success” booklets were distributed, equipping participants with practical tools for personal growth and ongoing well-being.

This workshop marked a significant step towards merging ancient knowledge with modern science to enhance mental and heart health. Participants left the event not only refreshed but also empowered with valuable knowledge and techniques for emotional and psychological well-being.
