CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director Ajay Singh, AIIMS Bhopal organized an AYUSH health camp in Bakania village, Phanda Block. Medical Officer Tariq Barkati and Yoga Instructor Chanchal Suryavanshi from AYUSH were present to provide services. The camp included yoga consultation sessions, AYUSH consultations, and free distribution of AYUSH medicines, aiming to provide holistic healthcare solutions to various individuals. Participants ranged from young adults to senior citizens from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, seeking relief from chronic illnesses such as arthritis, anxiety, and hypertension, or simply interested in preventive health and improving their overall quality of life.

The response from patients was overwhelmingly positive, with many reporting significant improvements in their physical and mental health. Participants appreciated the personalized attention from experienced instructors and the supportive community environment fostered during the sessions. Commonly reported benefits included reduced pain and stiffness, increased flexibility and strength, improved stress management, and a greater sense of relaxation and inner peace. Additionally, there was satisfaction with the inclusion of traditional treatment methods like Unani medicine, providing additional avenues for addressing health concerns.
