CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As a result of the national conference on social entrepreneurship and financial inclusion organized by AISECT, along with various state-level conferences, a new initiative has been launched to promote skill development and education across the country. Under this initiative, AISECT aims to open 10,000 skill and education centers nationwide to connect youth with employment opportunities.

As part of this initiative, existing AISECT centers, colleges, schools, ITIs, polytechnics, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and training institutes can develop their facilities into modern e-learning centers.

Through these skill centers, training will be provided in future skills, teacher training, IT-ITES, Tally programs, electronics and hardware, tourism and hospitality, healthcare, financial services and insurance, agriculture, retail, interior design, and fashion technology. This will benefit a large number of youth across India.

AISECT will support these centers with a range of facilities, including live instructor-led training, university certification for select courses, placement and internship assistance, online LMS with quality trainers, centralized marketing and assessment support, and industry-specific training academies.

Speaking on this initiative, AISECT Chairman Santosh Choubey stated that AISECT remains committed to empowering the nation through skill development and social entrepreneurship. “Our goal is to train and make the youth employable and self-reliant through skill centers established across the country. Skilled youth will not only achieve personal growth but also play an active role in the nation’s economic development,” he said.
