CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The AISECT Group organized a training session on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) at its Scope Campus for employees. The objective of the program was to raise awareness among staff about building a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
The session was conducted by Sayanti Adhikari, Deputy Manager, Content Development – E-Learning Division, Marketing, who discussed in detail the challenges of workplace harassment in the digital age and strategies to tackle them. She also shared practical suggestions for balancing power dynamics and creating a secure work environment.
The program was held in a hybrid mode, with AISECT employees also participating through online platforms.
On this initiative, AISECT’s Executive Vice President, Siddharth Chaturvedi, said that this effort is a significant step towards making organizational work culture more transparent, respectful, and safe. Such training sessions not only create awareness among employees but also help bring about positive changes in workplace practices.
