CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Neetu Kapoor and their daughter Raha Kapoor were seen together during Ganpati visarjan in Mumbai. The family completed the immersion ritual after offering prayers to Ganpati Bappa outside their home. During the ceremony, Ranbir Kapoor lifted the Ganpati idol in his hands and, along with the family, bid farewell to Bappa.
During the visarjan, Alia Bhatt was holding her daughter Raha in her arms. When paparazzi cameras came in front of them, she was seen shielding Raha’s face. In one video, Alia was also seen walking backwards to protect her from the cameras. Ranbir and Alia have previously appealed for their daughter’s privacy to be maintained regarding her photos and videos.
On the occasion, Ranbir was seen wearing an orange kurta and white pyjama. He lifted the Ganpati idol and raised chants of “Ganpati Bappa Morya” along with the family. Neetu Kapoor also joined the visarjan ritual carrying a puja thali.
The Kapoor family has remained cautious earlier as well about Raha’s privacy. According to reports, Alia had also removed some photos showing Raha’s face from social media. During the Ganpati visarjan too, the family’s focus appeared to be on observing the religious rituals while maintaining their daughter’s privacy.
