CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager Pankaj Tyagi and the leadership of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, an Amrit Dialogue program was organized with passengers at Guna and Vidisha railway stations. The objective of this program was to establish communication between passengers and railway administration, making railway services more citizen-friendly and effective. The event was conducted under Indian Railways’ Swachhata Abhiyan 5.0 initiative.

During the Amrit Dialogue, the officials present engaged with passengers on issues related to cleanliness and passenger amenities, collected their feedback, and discussed their problems and suggestions. Passengers shared their experiences during travel, and each of their questions was addressed. They appreciated the efforts of Indian Railways in improving passenger services and cleanliness and expressed their satisfaction. Additionally, passengers provided valuable suggestions to further enhance cleanliness and passenger amenities. Taking the feedback and suggestions into account, the railway administration assured the provision of improved passenger facilities.

During the dialogue at Guna station, officials present included Assistant Engineer Rajnikant Shekhar, Assistant Divisional Signal and Telecommunication Engineer Shailendra Gupta, and Divisional Commercial Inspector Anil Nair, along with other supervisors. At Vidisha station, officials present included Assistant Commercial Manager Vasudev Sarkar, Assistant Engineer Ashok Kumar, and Station Manager R.B. Thakur, along with supervising staff.
