CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A special talk show titled Anandam, dedicated to mental health and happiness, was successfully organized by Bhabha University. The program, centered on the theme of mental well-being and happiness, deeply impacted students, faculty members, and the audience present.
The primary objective of the event was to share inspiring real-life stories of individuals who overcame life’s struggles and emerged successful. Through this initiative, meaningful discussions were held on serious issues such as depression, stress, and suicide, significantly contributing to raising awareness.
On this occasion, the chief guest and speaker, Shubham Gaur, shared his deeply challenging yet inspiring life journey. Once a successful dental doctor, he faced a life-altering road accident that resulted in severe conditions such as brain hemorrhage and paralysis. During this difficult phase, he underwent multiple surgeries, and his clinic and professional career were completely disrupted.
However, with unwavering determination and strong willpower, he chose to rebuild his life. Overcoming immense hardships, he not only recovered but also cleared competitive government examinations through dedication and hard work. Today, he serves as a Class-1 officer in one of India’s leading government companies. His story of struggle and success left a profound impact on all attendees.
The event was held at the R. N. Kapoor Memorial Seminar Hall at Bhabha University, Bhopal, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of students, faculty members, and university staff.
