CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Real estate services company ANAROCK has acquired a 51% stake in architecture and interior design firm DSP Design Associates, expanding its presence across the design and built-environment services segment.
DSP Design Associates is an architecture and planning practice with more than three decades of experience. The firm has expertise across hospitality, high-density residential, commercial, retail, education and mixed-use projects, with operations and collaborations extending across India and international markets.
The acquisition adds architectural and interior design capabilities to ANAROCK’s existing portfolio of real estate services. ANAROCK operates across areas including residential and commercial real estate, investment banking, research, strategic advisory, valuations, project management and engineering services.
DSP Design Associates has developed a presence in major Indian markets including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune and Hyderabad. The firm also works across international markets and has highlighted sustainability and spatial intelligence as part of its design approach.
The transaction comes as India's real estate sector continues to see increasing integration of design, development, technology and professional services. ANAROCK has also expanded its business through acquisitions and new platforms in areas such as flexible workspaces and marketing services.
The partnership is expected to combine ANAROCK’s real estate expertise and market reach with DSP Design Associates’ architecture and interior design capabilities, creating a broader range of services across the property development lifecycle.
