Annual farewell and histology drawing competition organized at AIIMS.

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Anatomy Department of AIIMS Bhopal organized the annual farewell and histology drawing competition. On this occasion, the Director of AIIMS Bhopal, Ajay Singh, was the chief guest. He carefully observed the dissections performed by the students and also asked related questions. Along with asking questions, Professor Singh explained to the students about various body parts. Professor Singh also felicitated the winners of the dissection and histology drawing competition. Expressing his thoughts, Professor Singh said, “I see a brighter future in the medical field for these students, and the dissections they have done undoubtedly demonstrate their knowledge and dedication.” All the children who participated in this competition should be rewarded because they have all worked hard and diligently in their respective tasks.

In this dissection competition, 125 first-year MBBS students participated. Out of these 125 students, a total of five teams were formed, who demonstrated their knowledge based on dissection techniques and anatomy. Each team was required to dissect different parts of the human body. Throughout the day-long competition, students performed the dissection task with complete dedication. Their dissection work was evaluated by the experts from AIIMS Bhopal as well as external specialists, who appreciated their expertise and evaluated the performances of the students.
