CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari conducted a review meeting of time-bound letters in the conference hall of the Collectorate.

During the meeting, all SDMs were instructed to hold village-level “chaupals” in Gram Panchayats to run awareness campaigns for farmers regarding the prevention of stubble burning. ADM Meshram directed all SDMs to ensure the required actions for the elimination of begging through joint teams.

ADM Meshram also instructed continuous review of department-wise complaints registered under the Chief Minister’s Helpline and emphasized the satisfactory resolution of pending cases. He stressed the timely disposal of complaints related to topics selected for the Samadhan Online program. Additionally, he directed all SDMs and Tehsildars to expedite progress on pending cases of mutation, partition, and demarcation on the RCMS portal, as well as on farmer registry, e-KYC, and the Svamitva scheme. All departments were also instructed to ensure work execution on the I-GOT Certification and e-Office systems.

On the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari, ADM Ankur Meshram, Prakash Nayak, and other officials celebrated the event in the Collectorate conference hall. Colonel Rajeev Khatri of the District Sainik Welfare Board, along with other ex-servicemen, pinned lapel badges to all officials and received contributions for the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.

Colonel Khatri stated that the amount collected in the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund is used for welfare schemes for dependents of martyred soldiers, disabled soldiers, and ex-servicemen. He appealed to everyone to donate on the occasion of Flag Day. Explaining the significance of the day, he said that it is observed to honor the sacrifice of martyrs and provide financial assistance to their families. Donations received in exchange for symbolic badges are used to support medical treatment for widows of martyrs and the education and marriage of their children.

ADM Ankur Meshram, Prakash Nayak, P.C. Shakya, and officials from all departments were present in the meeting.
