CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Arvind Kumar Rajak, Chief Chief Commercial Manager of the Bhopal Division of West Central Railway, conducted a comprehensive inspection of Rani Kamalapati Station and the newly constructed Divisional Control Office. During the inspection, he reviewed passenger facilities, security management, cleanliness, station development works, and metro connectivity at the station.
Rajak inspected various facilities including platforms, waiting halls, ticket counters, escalators, lifts, drinking water arrangements, passenger information systems, toilets, and parking areas, expressing satisfaction with the arrangements. Appreciating the station’s cleanliness, he commended the efforts of the sanitation staff. While inspecting the connectivity between the metro station and the platforms, he directed the concerned officials to further improve it.

Subsequently, Rajak also inspected the newly constructed control office at the divisional headquarters, where he evaluated the operational arrangements across different railway sections. He held a meeting with commercial department officials to discuss passenger facilities, freight operations, and other operational matters in detail.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria, Senior Divisional Operations Manager Rohit Malviya, and other officials were present on this occasion. This inspection is being considered a significant step toward improving the quality of railway services and enhancing passenger facilities.
