CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Shares of real estate company Arvind SmartSpaces rose on Wednesday, September 23, after its Bengaluru-based project Arvind Sylva – The Green Reserve recorded bookings of more than ₹500 crore within just 30 days of launch. Following the development, the company’s shares climbed nearly 10.58% on the BSE to ₹650. During intraday trade, the stock rose by about 12%.

According to the company, bookings of more than ₹500 crore account for around 60% of the project’s estimated sales potential. The project has a total estimated topline of about ₹860 crore. It is being developed over 4.7 acres on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru and includes around 375 premium homes. Arvind Sylva proposes more than 70% open area and over 40 lifestyle amenities. The company said the land was acquired directly in February 2026. The project has been described as the company’s largest vertical development project so far.

The key reason behind the rise in the company’s shares was the booking response and sales momentum from this project. However, bookings and actual revenue are different, so the final financial impact of this performance will depend on the progress of the project’s sales, construction and delivery.
