CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A virtual conference was held under the chairmanship of the Director General/Human Resources of the Railway Board, with the participation of General Managers and other senior officials from all zones. The meeting was attended by officials including PARE General Manager Mrs. Shobhana Bandopadhyay, Additional General Manager Mr. Ravi Shankar Saxena, Chief Personnel Officer Mr. Prabhat, Chief Financial Advisor Mrs. Manjeet Kaur, and other senior officers.

The Railway Board has planned a special recruitment drive for the Gazette Group-B positions through the LDCE departmental exam between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024. Under this special recruitment campaign, the Group-B positions’ examination will be held on August 4, 2024. A total of 18,919 candidates from across Indian Railways will participate in this examination, with 671 candidates from the Western Central Railway.

The centralized CBT exam will be conducted in two shifts across 46 cities, and three examination centers have been established in Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Jaipur for Western Central Railway. The Railway Board has expressed complete commitment to successfully conducting the LDCE departmental centralized CBT exams in the Western Central Railway region.
