CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Avas Wellness is expanding its presence in Alibaug with a broader residential, wellness and hospitality ecosystem designed around contemporary living, recreation and community experiences.
The company is adding two residential communities to its portfolio, including Alaaya by Avas, while also developing the upcoming Avas Wellness Club and Casa Avāna. The expansion represents the brand’s move beyond residential development towards an integrated lifestyle model combining homes, wellness, hospitality, sport, food and social experiences.
Avas said its upcoming communities will feature diverse architectural styles, including Neo-Mediterranean, Spanish Revival, Balinese influences, tropical modernism and contemporary minimalism. The projects are being developed through Avas Design Studio in collaboration with architects and design professionals, including South African architecture firm SAOTA and Madrid-based architect Felipe Gonsalves of Studio Sukyf.
The Avas Wellness Club is scheduled to open by the end of 2026 and will bring preventive health, longevity, fitness, recovery, nutrition, beauty and skincare services together with curated culinary experiences. Membership is expected to be introduced around Diwali, initially covering residents, guests, prospective homeowners and selected members of the Alibaug community.
Casa Avāna will add hospitality, dining, spa, art, recreation and social experiences, while a dedicated court club will combine racquet sports, fitness and recovery facilities.
According to founder and CEO Aditya Kilachand, the company aims to create an integrated ecosystem in which wellness, hospitality, sport, nature and community become part of everyday living.
