CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the National Quality Assurance Standards, Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sankal has been certified for its quality healthcare services. The certification, issued by the National Health System Resource Centre, awarded the institution a score of 94.11%. The evaluation was conducted by a national-level external assessment team.
The evaluation team assessed the services provided to the institution and the community, examined all records and registers, and reviewed protocols followed in patient care. Feedback was collected from Community Medical Officers, ANMs, and ASHA workers regarding their field experiences. The team also conducted interviews to assess staff capacity and collected feedback from beneficiaries on services provided at the institution and in the field.
The evaluation was conducted according to a checklist for seven service packages, which included maternal and child healthcare, adolescent health services, family welfare services, treatment and management of communicable and non-communicable diseases, neonatal care, outreach activities, and all national health programs.
Chief Medical and Health Officer of Bhopal, Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari, stated that all health institutions in the district are providing quality services and are being operated in compliance with quality standards.
