CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth approximately ₹955 crore in Azamgarh district, marking a significant step toward strengthening infrastructure and public services in eastern Uttar Pradesh. The projects encompass key sectors such as roads, education, healthcare, urban development, and basic civic infrastructure, reflecting the government’s commitment to accelerating regional growth and improving the quality of life for citizens.

The Chief Minister participated in a public function at Maharaja Suheldev University, where multiple projects were dedicated to the people and several new initiatives were launched. According to official information, 39 development projects worth ₹955.40 crore were included in the package, comprising both completed works and newly approved schemes. These projects are expected to enhance connectivity, create better public facilities, and support economic activity across the district.

Officials stated that the initiatives align with the broader vision of transforming eastern Uttar Pradesh into a major center of growth and investment.
