CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign was inaugurated on Thursday at Gram Panchayat Tarawali Kala under the Janpad Panchayat Bairsia, presided over by Bairsia MLA Vishnu Khatri. During the event, villagers were made aware of various water conservation initiatives, and a community-driven effort was undertaken to deepen the river at Rajghat in Gram Panchayat Tarawali Kala.
On this occasion, along with Bairsia MLA Vishnu Khatri, Deputy Chairperson of the Zila Panchayat Mohan Jat, SDM Ashutosh Sharma, CEO Devesh Sarathe, Assistant Engineer M.L. Ahirwar, APO Hemant Madhure, Deputy Engineers, and other block-level officials from various departments were present. Local representatives, including sarpanches, secretaries, Gram Rozgar Assistants, and a large number of villagers, also participated in the event.
