CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that in the changing era of education in the state, all universities are being prepared to provide quality education. He appealed to students to envision the dream of advancing the nation using modern technology and to work hard to achieve it. The Chief Minister emphasized that the government’s goal is not merely to give jobs to the youth but to empower them to create employment opportunities.
Dr. Yadav announced the launch of all new employment-oriented courses at Barkatullah University and the provision of free bus facilities for student commuting. On this occasion, he also performed the foundation stone ceremony for the IT Resource Center, Studio, Convention Hall, Incubation Center, Agricultural Institute, and Girls’ Hostel. The total cost of these development projects is ₹55 crore.
The Chief Minister stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is setting an example for a better future for India, and students should make the most of the changing times. He encouraged the youth of the state to create employment opportunities, assuring that the state government is providing all possible support and training.
Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said that Chief Minister Yadav has taken significant steps toward innovation in the field of higher education in the state. He added that Barkatullah University is receiving development projects worth ₹100 crore. Under the PM-USHA scheme, phased financial assistance is being provided to universities and colleges in the state.
The event was attended by Municipal Corporation Chairperson Kishan Suryavanshi, Vice-Chancellor Prof. S.K. Jain, faculty, and students. This initiative is expected to improve the quality of higher education in the state and expand employment-oriented courses.
