This moment marks a historic and unforgettable milestone in the journey of Barkatullah University. For the first time, the university has been awarded an ‘A’ Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) under the dynamic leadership of the present Vice Chancellor, Prof. Suresh Kumar Jain.
This prestigious achievement is the result of Prof. Jain’s consistent and dedicated efforts. The entire faculty, administrative officers, and staff of the university contributed significantly to this success, with continuous encouragement and motivation from the Vice Chancellor. Faculty members and specially appointed coordinators for the seven NAAC criteria, along with dedicated committees, worked tirelessly to ensure the university secures the best possible grade—paving the way for academic progress.
Notably, during Prof. S.K. Jain’s tenure, the university not only secured an A Grade from NAAC but also received ₹100 crore under the PM-USHA (University Grants Commission’s Higher Education Scheme) in the last two years.
