Under the aegis of the Barkatullah University Cell, Bhopal, the university-level Pre-Republic Day Parade (Pre-RDC) selection process 2025 was successfully conducted at Gyan Vigyan Bhavan, Bhopal. The selection process was carried out in three stages:

First Stage: Over 100 selected NSS volunteers from eight districts affiliated with the university demonstrated exemplary discipline, coordination, and proficiency through parade, plate-foot march, and style march. Initially, a collective run and parade were conducted with all volunteers, followed by individual evaluation of each volunteer’s parade performance.

Second Stage: During cultural presentations, each participant individually showcased their creativity, artistic skills, and cultural diversity through folk dance, folk songs, drama, mime, and musical instruments.

Third Stage: An interview was conducted to evaluate the participants’ knowledge related to the National Service Scheme and their teamwork skills.

The program saw the presence of key advisors and evaluators, including Ashok Kumar Shroti (Regional Directorate Advisor), Manoj Kumar Agnihotri (State NSS Officer), Soni (Regional Directorate Representative), NCC officers Lieutenant Santosh Ambhore and Sarita Kushwaha (Parade Experts), and cultural experts Durga Mishra and Niharika Parmar. They assessed district-level selected volunteers for university-level selection and guided them.

The event was coordinated by Anant Kumar Saxena (Program Coordinator, Barkatullah University Cell) and Rahul Singh Parihar (Program Officer, Mukt Unit & ETI Trainer). The overall organization and management of the program were executed under the leadership of Rahul Singh Parihar, with support from past Republic Day Parade camps, National Unity Camps, state-level camps, and core group members.

During the program, participants and program officers from various districts were given “Developed India Young Leadership Dialogue” scanner posters to encourage maximum volunteer registration for the national initiative.

Volunteers selected at the university level will now represent Madhya Pradesh in the upcoming Pre-Republic Day Parade Camp. Those selected from the Pre-Republic Day Parade Camp will go on to represent the state at the Republic Day Parade Camp in New Delhi. All members of the selection committee extended their best wishes to the volunteers for a bright future. Finally, Rahul Singh Parihar expressed gratitude to all participants and attendees.
