CNN Central News and Network–ITDC India ePress / ITDC News Bhopal: Amarjeet Kumar Verma, a brilliant final-year BDS student from Bhabha College of Dental Sciences, has been selected at the national level for the Vision Developed India 2024 competition. This competition focused primarily on research across various topics aimed at contributing to India’s development at multiple levels.
The competition, organized by Bharatiya Shiksha Mandal in August 2024, saw participation from 1,68,000 students across the country. Out of these, only 1,100 students were invited to the next phase of the competition held in Gurgaon, where their research was thoroughly discussed.
Notable dignitaries, including ISRO Chairman S. Somanath, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, along with several Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan awardees, honored the participants and guided them during the event.
Selected students were recognized by Bharatiya Shiksha Mandal with mementos and certificates. This achievement was celebrated by the university’s leadership, including Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dilip Kumar Dey, CEO Prasad Pillai, Group Director Dr. Manoj Shukla, and Pro-Vice-Chancellor N.K. Agrawal, who extended their congratulations to the students.
