CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The birthday of Bharatiya Janata Party’s State General Secretary and popular MLA from South-West Assembly, Bhagwandas Sabnani, was celebrated with great pomp on Monday at Manas Bhavan, Shyamla Hills, by the Navprayas Cultural and Social Development Committee. On this occasion, a recitation of Sundarkand was organized, after which Sabnani performed the aarti of Lord Shri Ram and offered floral tributes. Prasad and a community feast were distributed among the workers and citizens present at the event.
Thousands of workers arrived with drums and bands to warmly welcome their beloved leader. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also reached Manas Bhavan to extend birthday greetings to Sabnani, praising him as a leader of simple nature and a popular personality. He prayed to Baba Mahakal for Sabnani’s good health and long life.
On this occasion, former State President and MP Vishnu Dutt Sharma, MP Alok Sharma, MLA Rameshwar Sharma, along with many public representatives and distinguished citizens, also conveyed their wishes. On his birthday, MLA Sabnani expressed gratitude and pledged to promote indigenous products and make tree plantation a part of his life. He said, “Your presence has made my birthday memorable. I am deeply grateful to Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and all my well-wishers.”
Mayor Malti Rai, BJP District President Ravindra Yati, former MLA Dhruvnarayan Singh, senior social worker Govind Goyal, BJP State Minister Rajneesh Agrawal, along with representatives of various social, religious, and business organizations, also extended birthday greetings to Sabnani.
